TOWN joins team to deliver Festival Gardens, Liverpool.

We’re pleased to announce that TOWN is part of the team delivering Festival Gardens, a flagship new neighbourhood on Liverpool’s waterfront, working alongside igloo Regeneration and Urban Splash.

Festival Gardens will transform one of England’s most significant brownfield sites — a former landfill — into a riverside community of up to 800 new homes. The scheme will bring together a diverse mix of housing delivered by different partners, including affordable homes by Regenda Group, extra-care homes by Alpha Living, as well as self-build, modular housing, and cohousing.

TOWN will lead the cohousing neighbourhood, drawing on our experience at Marmalade Lane in Cambridge, Angel Yard in Norwich, and new communities at Northstowe and Hemel Hempstead. Working with future residents, we’ll help shape a sociable, multi-generational community as part of this landmark regeneration project.

Festival Gardens is being brought forward by a partnership including Urban Splash and igloo Regeneration, with support from Liverpool City Council and Homes England. We look forward to sharing more details as the scheme progresses.
