Good Places for Better Lives
We are TOWN, a UK housing developer creating sustainable homes and neighbourhoods that support individual wellbeing, community life and a healthier planet.
What we do
We plan, design and deliver sustainable neighbourhoods that help people live well. Our work ranges from cohousing and rental neighbourhoods to regeneration projects and major strategic developments. From 14 to 5,500 homes, our projects are shaped by residents and local communities and are grounded in good design, environmental performance and long-term stewardship.

Our Impact
We create places that support individual wellbeing, strong communities and a healthier planet. Our Impact Framework guides each project from early concept through design, delivery and post-occupancy, helping us measure outcomes ranging from health and social connection to energy use and carbon emissions.
