What will the community be like?

The new cohousing community would bring together low-carbon, highly energy-efficient homes with shared spaces designed to make everyday life better. We expect a mix of houses and apartments, alongside a large shared garden and spaces for neighbours to cook, eat, work, meet and spend time together.

Future residents will have the opportunity to get involved from an early stage, working with TOWN and an award-winning design team to help shape the homes, shared spaces and community.

Interested in making your home here?

We’re looking for people who are interested in being part of a new cohousing community in Stamford.
If that could be you, complete our short survey below to register your interest. We’d like to know a little about you and your household, the kind of home you’re looking for and what would matter most to you in a future community.

It should take around five minutes to complete. Your responses will help us develop the plans and, if there’s enough interest, begin bringing together the group of people who could become Stamford’s new cohousing community.
