Cohousing
We are the UK’s leading developer of cohousing neighbourhoods, creating communities shaped by resident participation, shared spaces and everyday interaction. We work with groups from early vision through to delivery, supporting both community formation and the design and delivery of their homes. We currently have seven cohousing communities in development across the UK.

We offer customisable terraced homes that can be configured by their future residents. Buyers can choose from a range of shells, floorplans and external and internal materials and finishes, allowing them to shape their home within a clear and deliverable framework.

Our role covers land assembly, development strategy, planning and delivery of residential-led, mixed-use schemes. We aim to create commercial value while strengthening local communities and improving environmental outcomes.
